Read by your Lorelight for thirty nights. If it isn't the softest, quietest
light in your house, we'll make it right.

MONEY BACK, NO RETURN REQUIRED
Within 30 nights of receiving your order, email hello@lorelight.co and we'll
refund you. You won't need to post anything back to us.

ARRIVED FAULTY?
If anything arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we'll simply ship
a new one — no return needed.

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business
days of us confirming your request.

GIFTS
Bought it as a gift? The same guarantee applies — just have the recipient, or
you, reach out within the 30 nights.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email us
and we'll stop it.
